Any kind of insults/curse/obscene signs will be punished with 5 days suspend character.
- The hole discussion must be seen in the chat box at it's maximum size. Use F4 to do that.
- The insults can be posted only by the insulted player.
- The language is punished even if it is explicit or abbreviated.

Art. 2 of Language on 2010

The offenses pointed at Server itself or Admins (in general) will be punished with 20 of suspend character.
- For further broke of the above rules the account of the accused player may suffer unlimited suspend.
- Any kind of language addressed to Admins/Server/an particular Admin cant be provoked.
- For such complaints IT IS NOT necessary that the chat box to be at maximum size.

Art. 3 of Language on 2010

Any vulgar/obscene/insulting name (Nickname) is forbidden. Characters with such names will be suspended for an unlimited period.

Art. 1 of Behavior in front of an Admin/Moderator on 2010

Insulting a Game Master will be punished with 20 days suspend.
- For further breaking of the above rules the account of the accused player may suffer unlimited suspend.
- Behavior in front of an GM (here is included patronizing, rude jokes, events disturbing, etc.) will be punished with 10 to 40 days suspend, according to
the respective GM's decision.
- Using nicknames similar to Admins is punished with unlimited suspend of that character.

Art. 2 of Behavior in front of an Admin/Moderator on 2010

Impersonating a friend or relative of an Admin will result with a minimum 20 days suspend.
- GM's wont ask about your account, password or other log in data.
- GM's wont ask for items and they will not give items .
- GM's wont ask for favors.

Art. 1 of Threatening other players or impersonating an Admin on 2010

- Is punished with 20 days suspend.
- Any further breaking of the rule or others mentioned above can lead to unlimited suspend of the account.

Art. 1 of Unproven complaints against the Admins on 2010

- Is punished with a period of minimum 20 days suspend ( at the accused Admin choice).
- Any further breaking of the rule or others mentioned above can lead to unlimited suspend of the account.

Art. 1 of Counterfeit proves on 2010

- Is punished with account unlimited suspend.
- Making up rules and using them to gain advantage over other players is punished with minimum 5 days suspend.
- Breaking this rule repeatedly will lead to account unlimited suspend.

Art. 1 of KS at Goldens or PK for BOK (Box Of Kundun) on 2010

- Is punished with minimum 3 days suspend.
- It is forbiden to use range skills near a player or a party that fights with a golden mob.
- It is forbiden to use range skills when you fight with a golden mob. A player can attack 1 golden at time.
- The first one who finds the golden earns right over him. He will lose that right if he dies during the combat with the golden and someone else gets to that
golden in this time. The PK punishment will be added for the one who kills the first comer (during the battle or for stealing the BOK) .

Art. 1 of Cheating on 2010

- Anyone who is caught with ANY KIND of hack programs (1 hit kill, package sender, etc.) will have his account suspended and IP filtered !
- Bug exploit IS FORBIDDEN ! Any kind of bug exploit is punished with IP filter.
- Any account that has duped or bug exploit obtained items will be blocked !

Art. 1 of Advertising for other serverson 2010

- Advertising other servers ( MU and not only ) in game ( on any kind of chat ) will be punished with account suspend and IP filter.

Art.1 of AFK rule on 2010

- Any character caught AFK in arena by a Game Master is liable for disconnection/move in the next situations:
a) doesn't have party.
b) wont answer to "AFK + nickname"; (question asked minimum 3 times ).
c) attacking monsters.
d) he has /request OFF command activated.
e) afk is allow if character is online on forum.

Art. 1 of The right level to enter arena on 2010

- Arena entering below the necessary level specified by the server, found by an Admin or proven by a player leads to 20 days suspend.
- In case of repeat the account will be suspended unlimited.

Art. 1 of Taking over a Spot/Pen on 2010

- To take over a spot/pen in arena the question "afk+nickname" must be asked to all characters on that spot in an interval of 5 minutes. They are forced to
respond in this interval. The question must be repeated 3 times for each character in this time. You must have a print screen with each question and the
chat box at maximum. If no one answer in this interval they lost the spot.

Art. 1 of Party rules on 2010

a) A player is considered in party even if he is not on the spot but his absence is no longer then 5 minutes.
b) If all party members leave their spot , this is considered free.
c) A full party is considered a party formed by a minimum of 4 players on spot, with at least 1 player online.
d) A player can stay alone on spot as long as the spot is not ocupied by a full party.
e) If a player or incomplete party refuse to leave, makes KS, or is stationing on a spot ocupied by a full party, the player or the entire incomplete party will
be banned.
f) In the case of KS or illegal take (full party/incomplete party does KS/take to a full party) all the offending party members wil be banned.

Art. 1 of The Guild War on 2010

It is forbiden to have this tipe of event in Arena/Stadium to avoid problems created by loosing a spot by the members of any guild.
First warning: minimum 3 days ban
Seccond warning: minimum 7 days ban
Third warning: minimum 15 days ban
Forth warning: minimum 25 days ban
Fifth warning: 98 days ban

Art. 1 of KS/PK and Spot Break on 2010

It applies only for full parties (4 or 5 players) and it punishable with 3 days ban..

- In any other situation that was not stipulated in here Admin/Game Masters will have the last word.
- We are not responsible for "stolen" accounts , items and so on. It is your responsibility to keep the confidentiality of your own account.
- Rules changes aren't applied retroactive . Already existing suspensions wont change.
- Admins have the right to disconnect AFK players !
- Admins/Game Masters decisions are indisputable !
